Making a big impact

Most commonly, a patient will visit with us complaining of a nasal airway problem, and we will set out to fix that problem. It then gives them the license or opportunity to add on an aesthetic component, if they so desire. So, a functional or a reconstructive septorhinoplasty can also become a cosmetic rhinoplasty. All of these elements are done together, satisfying functional, reconstructive, and aesthetic interests.

This patient had a comprehensive rhinoplasty, whereby taking the bridge down very much required reconstruction of the dome of the bridge to maintain an optimal airway. He breathes great. He has a wonderful looking nose with all the attributes of an attractive masculine nose.
