The Nasal Base

In the most attractive noses, all of the features are balanced together. There are size, angle, and proportions that all must fit, not just within the nose, but within the canvas of the face. If one feature or facet is a little off, it can throw the whole balance of aesthetic nasal anatomy off kilter.

With this patient, her nose is by all measures a really attractive nose to start with. She was bothered by the base of her nose, the underneath of her nose primarily. Yes, a little convexity in the bridge was also considered less desirable, but that was considered the bridesmaid issue.

Balancing the columella at the bridge of her nose with the tip and alar anatomy, we have been able to create more harmonious features and a really double attractive Nose.
