The Art of Delicacy
In every measure, this lady has pretty features all around. Sometimes you don’t notice a nose because it should really be a background feature to the eyes and the lips and other attractive features. However, it is common that an unbalanced or irregular nose becomes eye-catching or noticeable. It brings the nose to the forefront becoming what you notice first, masking the background pretty features.
This is such an example. From a surgeon’s standpoint, starting with a straight nose is a much easier surgical prospect. When there is crooked or asymmetric anatomy, creating symmetry out of asymmetrical puzzle pieces is a much harder task—especially in someone who is delicate or fine-featured.
In this example, we have been able to address the crooked and asymmetric and irregular anatomy very well without changing the character of her nose appreciably. Yes, she absolutely has a very attractive nose. But her nose now sinks into the background of her features, letting the pretty anatomy of the eyes and her lips shine forward.
